Need Account Information?

If you need to request account information or need help accessing your account, please contact pbhelp@canalwin.k12.oh.us

Please include when e-mailing PB Help:

  • your full name
  • full name of the student(s) associated with your account
  • grade of the student(s) associated with your account
  • your relationship to the student(s)
Important Information
  • Participating teachers are only expected to update assignments and grades on a weekly basis. Please do not expect the grade for an assignment to be posted the very next day.
  • There are two accounts associated with each student, one for the parent and one for the student (Middle School and High School ONLY!) Each type of account should be used by the appropriate person.
  • Assignments and grades for a student can only be viewed using the accounts assigned to that student. Security is dependent on protection of User Names and Passwords. (See more in Helpful Hints)
  • To request Parent Accounts for new students, please see Need Account Information below.
  • For other information or questions, please contact: pbhelp@canalwin.k12.oh.us
Helpful Hints
  • Please change the User Name on your account and the password to one that you will easily remember using the "My Account" options. (Always try to include both numbers and letters in passwords.)
  • Parents can link their accounts to multiple students by using the student account information provided to their sons or daughters. Click on "Link Additional Children to the Account" found on the "My Account" page
  • Make sure to update your e-mail address in "My Account" This can help the system provide a new password to you in case you can't remember it.
  • Check in often, but only expect updates from teachers to be done on a weekly basis.
  • Always check for messages from the teachers in the "Messages" section. Teachers can use this area for messages to all their students, one class or even one individual student.
  • Make time to check in on a student's progress with them present. Make it a cooperative effort and discuss any problems with them before contacting the teacher.
